Delete Your LWAi Account

DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT

You can delete your LWAi account and the personal information associated with it at any time.

 

There are two ways to do this:

1.  DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT IN THE APP

  1. Open the LWAi app and sign in.

  2. Go to Settings.

  3. Tap Delete account and follow the confirmation steps.

2.  DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT WITHOUT THE APP

If you no longer have access to the app, email us at support@lwai.io from the email address on your account, with the subject line “Account deletion request”. We will verify your request and delete your account.

WHAT IS DELETED

When your deletion request is confirmed, your account is closed and your personal information (including your profile and your conversation history) is deleted from our systems.

 

We may retain limited records where required by law.

A NOTE ABOUT SUBSCRIPTIONS

Deleting your LWAi account does not cancel an active subscription. Subscriptions are billed by Google Play (or the Apple App Store) and must be cancelled there. On Android: open the Google Play Store app, tap your profile icon, then choose Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
