Refund Policy

FREE FEATURES

Some LWAi features are available for free. Free features do not require payment and are not eligible for refunds.

PAID SUBSCRIPTIONS

Full access to LWAi may require a paid subscription. Subscription plans may be billed monthly, annually, or according to the billing option selected at the time of purchase.

Paid subscriptions give users access to premium features, expanded usage, and additional LWAi capabilities.

CANCELLATION

You may cancel your paid subscription at any time.

​

When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your paid access will not renew.

Cancelling a subscription does not automatically provide a refund for the current billing period unless required by law or approved under this Refund Policy.

REFUND ELIGIBILITY

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

​

  • You were charged in error

  • You were charged more than once for the same subscription period

  • You cancelled but were charged after cancellation

  • You were unable to access paid features because of a technical issue caused by LWAi

  • You request a refund within 7 days of your first paid subscription purchase and have not made substantial use of the paid features

 

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS

Refunds are generally not provided for:

  • Partial months or unused time in a billing cycle

  • Forgetting to cancel before renewal

  • Change of mind after substantial use of paid features

  • Downgrades made during an active billing period

  • Account suspension or termination due to misuse or violation of LWAi terms

  • Promotional, discounted, or trial-based access unless otherwise stated

SUBSCRIPTION RENEWALS

Paid subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Users are responsible for managing their subscription before renewal. We aim to make subscription terms, renewal details, cancellation options, and billing information clear at the time of purchase. Clear cancellation and subscription terms are important because Canadian consumer guidance warns against unclear or deceptive subscription practices.

CHANGES TO THIS REFUND POLICY

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

Continued use of LWAi after changes are posted means you accept the updated Refund Policy.
