Terms & Conditions

INTRODUCTION

Welcome to LWAi. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the LWAi mobile application for iOS and Android, the LWAi website, generative AI model, subscription services, features, content, and related services.

By accessing or using LWAi, creating an account, submitting prompts, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use LWAi.

ABOUT LWAi

LWAi is a ministry-trained generative AI model designed to provide intelligent, spiritually grounded, scripture-supported, and citation-based responses aligned with biblical truth and Loveworld Ministry insight.

LWAi is intended to support Bible study, spiritual learning, discipleship, ministry preparation, and faith-building engagement. LWAi is a study and ministry support tool, not a replacement for pastoral counsel, professional counselling, medical advice, or legal advice.

ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 13 years old to use LWAi. LWAi is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly permit accounts for children under 13.

If you are between 13 and the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use LWAi, but you may not purchase a subscription. Any paid subscription must be purchased and paid for by a parent, guardian, or other adult who is legally able to enter into a binding agreement, and that adult accepts these Terms on your behalf.

If you are the parent or guardian of a user between 13 and the age of majority, you are responsible for that user's use of LWAi and for any subscription purchased for them.

ACCOUNTS

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account.

You agree to:

​

  • Provide accurate and current information

  • Keep your login details secure

  • Not share your account with unauthorized users

  • Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access

  • Be responsible for activity that occurs under your account

 

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

SUBSCRIPTIONS, BILLINGS AND RENEWALS

Paid subscriptions may be billed monthly, annually, or according to the plan selected at purchase.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize LWAi or its payment provider to charge your selected payment method for the subscription fees, applicable taxes, renewals, and related charges.

​

Unless cancelled before the renewal date, subscriptions may renew automatically according to the billing cycle selected. Subscription services should clearly disclose renewal terms, billing frequency, price, and cancellation options before purchase.

​

Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play. If you subscribe through the LWAi mobile app, your purchase is processed by Apple or Google, not by LWAi. In that case, the applicable store's terms also govern your purchase. Your subscription is managed and cancelled through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings, not through LWAi, and we cannot cancel a store-managed subscription on your behalf. Pricing, currency, taxes, and renewal timing are controlled by the store.

CANCELLATION

You may cancel your paid subscription at any time.

When you cancel, your paid access will usually remain active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your subscription will not renew.

Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund unless required by law or stated in our Refund Policy.

If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, you must cancel through that store's subscription settings. Cancelling in the LWAi app or deleting your account does not cancel a store-managed subscription.

REFUNDS

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

​

In general, refunds may be considered for billing errors, duplicate charges, access issues caused by LWAi, or eligible refund requests made within the stated refund window.

​

Refunds are generally not provided for unused time, partial billing periods, or failure to cancel before renewal, unless required by law. 

 

Purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play, and refunds are handled primarily by Apple or Google under their own policies. Where a request is eligible under our Refund Policy, we may also issue a refund for a Google Play purchase using the store’s developer tools. See our Refund Policy for how to make a request.

USER PROMPTS AND CONTENT

You may submit prompts, questions, messages, feedback, or other content to LWAi.

You are responsible for the content you submit. You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory, misleading, invasive of privacy, confidential without authorization, or contrary to the intended purpose of LWAi.

​

You should not submit sensitive personal information, private ministry matters, financial information, medical information, legal information, or confidential information unless you have the right to do so and understand the risks of submitting such information.

AI-GENERATED RESPONSES

LWAi uses generative AI to produce responses. While LWAi is designed to provide spiritually grounded, scripture-supported, and citation-based answers, AI-generated responses may not always be complete, accurate, or suitable for every situation.

Users should verify scripture references, citations, doctrinal points, and ministry-related guidance through the Word of God, trusted ministry leadership, and official ministry materials.

​

LWAi is intended for learning, study, reflection, and ministry support. It is not a substitute for pastoral counsel, professional legal advice, medical advice, financial advice, or emergency assistance.

ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to use LWAi to:

​

  • Break any law or regulation

  • Harass, threaten, abuse, or harm others

  • Generate hateful, violent, sexually explicit, defamatory, or deceptive content

  • Impersonate another person or organization

  • Infringe intellectual property rights

  • Submit malware, harmful code, spam, or automated abuse

  • Attempt to bypass security, access controls, limits, or subscription restrictions

  • Reverse engineer, scrape, copy, or misuse the service

  • Use LWAi to produce content that misrepresents the ministry, Pastor Chris, Loveworld, or biblical teaching

  • Use LWAi in a way that damages, disrupts, or overloads the service

 

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access if we believe the service is being misused.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

LWAi, including its name, branding, design, website, model experience, features, software, content, graphics, and related materials, is owned by LWAI INC. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, sell, license, or create derivative works from LWAi materials unless we give written permission.

USER OUTPUT AND USE OF RESPONSES

Subject to these Terms, users may use LWAi-generated responses for personal study, ministry preparation, teaching support, and spiritual growth.

​

You are responsible for reviewing and verifying outputs before relying on them, sharing them publicly, teaching from them, or using them in ministry settings.

​

LWAi may place limits on commercial use, redistribution, or publication of generated content where necessary to protect the integrity of the service, ministry materials, or third-party rights.

PRIVACY

Your use of LWAi is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

​

The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information, prompts, usage data, account information, and subscription-related information.

SERVICE AVAILABILITY

We aim to provide reliable access to LWAi, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from delays.

​

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time for maintenance, security, performance, legal, operational, or ministry-related reasons.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

LWAi may rely on third-party providers for hosting, cloud infrastructure, payment processing, analytics, email delivery, AI infrastructure, security, and support.

We are not responsible for outages, errors, or actions caused by third-party providers, but we will make reasonable efforts to maintain the quality and reliability of the service.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

LWAi is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

​

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that LWAi will meet every expectation, produce error-free responses, be uninterrupted, or provide results suitable for every purpose.

​

We do not guarantee that all AI-generated responses will be complete, accurate, current, or free from error.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LWAi, its owners, operators, affiliates, team members, partners, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of LWAi.

 

This includes, but is not limited to, damages related to loss of data, loss of access, subscription issues, reliance on AI-generated responses, service interruption, or unauthorized access.

​

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our liability will be limited to the amount paid by you for LWAi during the most recent subscription period, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LWAi, its owners, operators, affiliates, team members, partners, service providers, and licensors from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

  • Your use or misuse of LWAi

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your submitted content

  • Your violation of another person’s rights

  • Your unlawful or unauthorized activity

TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access to LWAi if:

​

  • You violate these Terms

  • You misuse the service

  • Payment cannot be processed

  • We detect suspicious, harmful, or unauthorized activity

  • We are required to do so by law

  • We discontinue the service or certain features

 

After termination, some parts of these Terms will continue to apply, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and privacy-related obligations.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

​

Continued use of LWAi after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of LWAi will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence, where those laws apply and cannot be waived by agreement.

These Terms are effective as of August 29, 2026.
